WAC/RCW Update

Focuses on the updates for Chapter 296-46B WAC and Chapter 19.28 RCW. Emphasis on WAC section that supersede NEC Code for wiring methods and scope of work categories located in WAC section 920. (This is the only class that is not applicable to trainee ceu credit)
