Gas Mechanics II Prep Course
Focuses on the rules for installation and service of gas heating equipment over 400,000 BTU’s. Emphasis on venting, combustion air codes, flame safeguard, lighting off and setting up burners, and boiler safety. Successful completion of this course prepares the student to test for the Heating Mechanics II license with the City of Spokane . If you wish to test for the license you must apply with the City of Spokane. City Exam fees are $24.00 and $48.00 annual license fee after you pass the test. You will need your IFGC 2021 book for this class. Contact our office if you need to purchase one. Must have a current Gas Mechanic I license to take this Gas Mechanic II test.
