Your attendance and input at one of these two meetings this week is essential in addressing issues you may have with the current state licensing programs and state building codes, including the Energy Code. This may be the last opportunity to ask for changes. If you plan on attending, please email to so we can have an idea of how many dealers and suppliers will be attending, thank you.

The Idaho Division of Occupational & Professional Licensing (DOPL), formerly Division of Building Safety, would like to hear industry’s opinion on the reduction of barriers governing the construction trades. Our boards will be going through a full rule chapter review in 2022 in compliance with Executive Order 2020-01: Zero-Based Regulation.

We are holding public hearings throughout the state of Idaho to gather feedback regarding the current electrical, building, energy, HVAC and plumbing laws and rules. See nearby meeting dates and times below.
